This Standard applies to LU directors and senior managers. It outlines how Directors and senior managers within LU demonstrate their commitment to health, safety and environmental matters and seek feedback on these issues from employees. Section 5 - Supporting Information provides further guidance on the application of this standard.

Purpose

The purpose of this Standard is to define LU's requirements for tours and visits by Directors and senior managers in respect of how health safety and environmental matters shall be integrated within them to identify good practice and areas for improvement.
