This instruction applies to fleet readiness related simulators and synthetic training systems (operating in isolation and or among other platforms) designed to provide integrated training to teams, units, and composite groups at tactical and operational levels.
Purpose. To establish guidance for the development and use of simulators for integrated training in support of fleet readiness.
