This standard applies across the London Underground network. Adherence to the requirements specified in this standard is mandatory.

This standard addressees and supports customer service delivery issues of:

• Service delivery plans;

• Measurement processes;

• Train service delivery performance;

• Train services; and

• Train service planning

Insofar as they relate to train service delivery.

This Standard shall be enforceable from March 2004

Purpose

The purpose of this standard is to define the objectives and service level criteria of the London Underground train service during normal operations.
