Applicability.
This regulation applies to the Active Army, the Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the United States, and the U.S. Army Reserve unless otherwise stated. This regulation also applies to active U.S. Armed Forces personnel of the Air Force, the Navy, the Marine Corps, and the Coast Guard wherever they are stationed.
Purpose
This regulation prescribes policies and procedures for the establishment and operation of Armed Forces Disciplinary Control Boards (AFDCBs).
