NOTE:

This Specification Section covers the preparation and use of a contractor prepared Network Analysis Schedules which is required when one or more of the following conditions exist:

1. The Contract Construction cost is expected to exceed $500,00

2. The Contract duration is over 180 days

3. The Contract is Phased

4. The Contract has environmental schedule restrictions

5. The Contract has any other requirements or schedule restrictions that would warrant the imposition of this section. Check with ROICC personnel.
