scope:
The technical conditions of delivery specified in this Standard apply to all standardized twist drills of highspeed steel with a parallel shank or a Morse taper shank. For non-standardized twist drills, e.g those conforming to a drawing, these technical conditions of delivery can be agreed between the orderer and the supplier. This Standard does not apply to wood drills.
