1.1 This test method covers the calibration of apparatus used in the hermetic testing of electronic packages by radioisotope procedure.
1.2 Parameters determined by this method include:
1.2.1 Specific activity,
1.2.2 Pump-down time,
1.2.3 Activation pressures, and
1.2.4 Sampling pressures.
