scope:
This drawing covers the requirements for component adapters which are used to assemble hybrid and special network circuits. The termination portion of the contact which will be mounted to the printed wiring board shall simulate those of commonly available integrated circuits. The portion of the contact to which the components are mounted shall accommodate discrete components and shall be available in round pin, solder pocket, and slotted pin styles.
The complete part number for a specific item shall be as specified on the item requirements drawing.
