Purpose. To expand guidance contained in references (a) through (c) that directs commanders and commanding officers of shore activities to amend 2002 Command Histories that were due to the Naval Historical Center in March 2003 and to prepare 2003 Command Histories that will be submitted to the Naval Historical Center in March 2004 so as to document their command's actions in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM and the Global War on Terrorism (NAVADMIN 067/03).
