FOREWORD

This document, DoD 5010.12-L, Acquisition Management System and Data Requirements Control List (AMSDL), is authorized by DoD Instruction 5000.2-R, defense Acquisition Management Policies and Procedures, 15 March 1996.

The AMSDL identifies the source documents and related Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) that have been cleared for used in defense contracts by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under the authority granted by Public Law96-511, "Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995" OMB Control Number 0704-0188 has been assigned to each of the source documents and DIDs listed herein.
