This amendment to ETS 196-1 (1993) has been produced by the Signalling Protocols and Switching (SPS) Technical Committee of the European Telecommunications Standard Institute (ETSI), and is now submitted for the Unified Approval Procedure (UAP) phase of the ETSI standards approval procedure. This amendment changes subclauses 8.2.2.4, 8.3.1.1.1., 8.3.2.1.2.2 and 11.2.2.1, clauses D.4 and D.7, and annex G of ETS 300 196-1 (1993).
