This specification contains the requirements and quality assurance provisions for fabrication of parts, assembly and packing for a spitback lead assembly.
Unless otherwise specified(see 6.2), the following specifications and standards of the issue listed in that issue of the Department of Defense Index of Specifications and Standards (DoDISS) specified in the solicitations, form a part of this specification to the extent specified herein.
