This instruction applies to NAVAIR Headquarters (NAVAIRHQ) and activities supported by NAVAIRHQ, and the Naval Aviation Program Executive Officers (PEOs) for: Air, Anti-Submarine Warfare, Assault, and Special Mission Programs, PEO(A); Tactical Aircraft Programs, PEO(T); and Strike Weapons and Unmanned Aviation PEO (W).
Purpose.
To revise Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) procedures for disseminating urgent information concerning key issues to upper echelon Department of Navy (DON) personnel.
