Design Guidance. - This standard provides design guidance to premises distribution designers and facility contractors in the design, bid/proposal cycle and implementation phases of a Premises Distribution System (PDS). Typically, the PDS will operate in a multiproduct, multivendor environment at the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) and provide an infrastructure for the entire communication network.
