An Arc Flash is the sudden release of electrical energy following an open-air circuit path of least resistance (phase-to-phase or phase-to-ground fault), resulting in an Arc Blast. The video will explain how: Such arcs occur; how to work safely around equipment that potentially could create arcs; grounding and electorally securing equipment, and the correct use of personal protective equipment.
