This specification covers the detail requirements for a monolithic N-channel, silicon gate peripheral interface adapter. One product assurance class and a choice of case outlines and lead finishes are provided for each type, and are reflected in the complete part number.
The complete part number shall be in accordance with MIL-M-38510 with the exception that the "JAN" or "J" certification mark shall not be used.
