Purpose. This notice disestablishes the Surface Ship Directorate (SEA 91) and establishes the Corporate Operations Directorate as SEA 10. This notice also realigns the remaining functions and personnel in SEA 91 and certain functions and personnel in the Command Staff Offices (SEA 00/09) to SEA 10.
