This Defence Standard specifies the requirements for a two-pack, air drying, epoxy filler and finish for application to suitably pretreated and primed substrates such as those used in the fabrication of Service equipment and instruments.

Two primers are specified , Type 1 for use on ferrous substrates and Type 2 for use on non-ferrous substrates .
