This document governs the manufacture, assembly, and preparation for delivery of the Mark 142 Mod 0 delay cartridge and the methods of inspection and tests upon which product acceptance will be based. (See 6.1.)
intended Use:
The Mark 142 Mod 0 delay cartridge was designed to actuate the personnel parachute thruster, Propellex P/N 163-3, during low speed, low altitude emergency ejections from the OV-10A aircraft.
