This Defence Standard specifies the requirements for a black polychloroprene rubber mix having defined burning characteristics and a nominal vulcanized hardness of 80 IRHD.
The material is intended for covering aircraft cable clips and similar applications for which material to BS 2752 is not entirely suitable.
