DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE
The Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) Form 874 provides supply-related data essential to the development, acquisition. assembly, stockage, requisition, delivery, and disposition of components for TCTO kits, and shipping and disposition instructions for components removed as a result of TCTO accomplishment.
The form is used as the principal source document for initiating, coordinating, and approving supply actions for the modifications of Air Force systems and commodities.
