PURPOSE
The Radar Spectrum Management (RSM) control Plan describes the overall approach, design procedures and techniques to be used to control the electromagnetic emission and susceptibility characteristics of all new radar equipment and systems operating between 100 MHz and 100 GHz and to promote electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and to conserve the frequency spectrum available to military radar systems in accordance with MIL-STD-469A
