PURPOSE This document provides a description of the review of different types of customer agreements that will assist program/project leads to distribute the new work responsibility to the proper organizations. This document supports the early program/project formulation process. APPLICABILITY This directive applies to all Customer Agreements for Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).
