This instruction applies to NAVAIRHQ and activities supported by NAVAIRHQ: the Naval Aviation Program Executive Officer for Air Anti-Submarine Warfare, Assault, and Special Mission Programs (PEO(A)), the Program Executive Officer for Tactical Aircraft Programs (PEO(T)), and the Direct Reporting Program Manager for Medium Attack (DRPM(AFX)). The Naval Air Warfare Center (NAVAIRWARCEN) Headquarters will also follow the guidance of this instruction. The PEO for Cruise Missiles Project and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Joint Project (PEO(CU)) is not affected by this instruction.
