PURPOSE. This instruction establishes Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) policy on smoking and assigns responsibilities.
APPLICABILITY AND SCOPE. This instruction applies to all Government owned or operated facilities and vehicles for which NASA/GSFC has management responsibility (owned or leased).
