NOTE: This ETS has been transformed into an endorsement of ITU-T Recommendation I.751 (1996) as a result of the comments received during the Public Enquiry phase of the ETSI standards approval procedure. The technical content of this ETS was contributed to, and incorporated into, ITU-T Recommendation I.751 (1996).
