SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY
This Instruction applies to all GSFC Civil Service personnel.
PURPOSE
This Instruction describes the policy and procedures for maintaining the GSFC time and attendance/labor costing system. This revision to GMI 3610.3D contains changes associated with introducing an employee held and maintained labor costing card and a revised time and attendance distribution card.
