This specification covers certain design and all performance requirements for procurement of spherical, direct reading, fast erecting, electric gyro attitude indicators in 5 by 5-¼ inch cases.
The Attitude indicators shall be of the following types:
Type I - Indicators without integral lighting and without synchro output. (MS28086-1) Type II - Indicators without integral lighting and with synchro output. (MS28086-2) Type III - Indicators with integral lighting and without synchro output. (MS28086-3) Type IV - Indicators with integral lighting and with synchro output. (MS28086-4)
