Purpose

The program's name has been changed per reference (a) from the Management Control Program (MCP) to the Manager's Internal Control (MIC) Program. This notice reflects the requirements of reference (a). Reference (b) through (d) are still being revised to incorporate the changes discussed in reference (a). Even though Navy has not issued revised references (b) and (c), program compliance is still required. This notice announces reporting requirements and due dates for the period 1 July 2005 to 30 June 2006. Note also the discussion in enclosure (1).
