This Appendix covers the manufacture of precast concrete pipe for jacking in trenchless construction intended for the conveyance of sewage, industrial wastes, storm water and drainage, and for utilities and access ways.
Reinforced concrete pipe shall be manufactured in accordance with ASTM Specification C 1417, except as required by this Appendix.
Nonreinforced concrete pipe shall be manufactured in accordance with ASTM C 985, except as required by this Appendix.
