This regulation applies to the active Army, members and organizations of the Army National Guard of the United States (ARNGUS) including periods when operating in the Army National Guard (ARNG) capacity, and the U.S. Army Reserve. Specifically this regulation applies to all major Army commands; major subordinate commands; continental U. S. depots, plants, and arsenals; elements conducting life cycle testing, product assurance testing, and troop training; and activities assigned responsibilities. Major Army commands or activities that are tenants on installations providing automated support under host and tenant agreements will rely on the host to meet reporting requirements (excluding missile firing data reports). This regulation contains reporting requirements for both peacetime and times of mobilization.
