This Standard specifies the requirements for chromed Cape sheepskin leather used for making up into gloves and other Service items.
Two qualities are specified:
Type 'A' is a chrome tanned sheepskin
Type 'B' is a chrome/glutaraldehyd
Designers are advised to seek advice on the suitability of these leathers for given end uses of the gloves and other items intended for Service use from:
