scope:
This specification details functional, performance, interface and physical requirements for a complete network comprised of hardware, software and all required communications carrier services. The new system, herein called the "System," or "EVCS" when implemented will satisfy FAA voice communications requirements for the next 15 years. The system will have the potential to add additional telephone switches and reconfigure support systems (ETN, DDD, etc.), as required.
