General Conditions

The conditions of the following standards are to apply to the Articles ordered against this Contract, where they are not covered by a specific procurement specification, production drawings or similar requirement stated in the Contract.

a) British Standard 5244/86 "Recommendations for the application, storage and life expiry of hydraulic rubber hoses and assemblies".

b) Brish Standard 3574: 1989 "controlled storage and packaging of vulcanised rubber and rubber products."

c) British Standard 3574: 1989 "Controlled storage and packaging of vulcanized rubber and rubber products." British Standard 3F/68: 1977 "Controlled storage of vulcanized rubbers for use in aerospace applications" d) British Standard 3F/69: 1979 "Packaging and Identification of vulcanized rubber items"

e) Defense Standard 93-31 "Test procedures and process requirements for fully compounded unvulcanised rubber." f) Defense Standard 93-50 "General requirements for the quality assurance of rubber products."

g) Defense Standard 81-39 "Packaging of rubber hoses, plastic hoses and hose assemblies." h) CPU/PIP/112 "Packaging of gaskets, seals, 'O rings, grommets and similar materiel."
