This Standard Practice establishes requirements for cast copper alloy flanges and flanged fittings having dimensions, ratings, and materials not included in ASME B 16.24. Specifically, this Standard Practice includes the following:
Solder-joint flanges, when made of ASTM B 62, Copper Alloy UNS No. C83600, ASTh4 B 584, Copper Alloy UNS Nos. C83600, C83800, and C84400, for rating Class 125 and Class 150.
Threaded flanges and blind flanges, when made of ASTM B 584, Copper Alloy UNS Nos. C83600, C83800 and C84400 for rating Class 150 and Class 300.
Flanged fittings, when made of ASTM B 584, Copper Alloy UNS Nos. C83600, C83800, and C84400 for rating Class 150.
