This purchase description sets forth the requirements for design, fabrication, factory testing, installation and field verification of solid state Central Control Monitoring Systems (CCMS) for automatic and manual control of Air Route Traffic Control Center building mechanical systems and for monitoring of mechanical, fire alarm, electrical and power generation systems. These central control monitoring systems will be installed and operated in the Federal Aviation Administration Air Route Traffic Control Centers and Training Facility as specified in the contract schedule.
