Upper and lower head penetration nozzles containing indications, which are reportable, may be evaluated to determine acceptability for continued service in accordance with the evaluation procedures and acceptance criteria of this Case. The evaluation procedures and acceptance criteria shall be the responsibility of the Owner. Note that the acceptance standards of IWB-3500 cannot be used to accept indications in this region.
