This specification governs two grades (24n/O and DBD 2479 (IsSüX 4 ) of aircraft turbine engine lubricating oil.
Oil provided to this specification shall possess satisfactory performance and properties vhen used in appropriate aircraft and/or gas turbine engines operated by the Ministry of Defence or other Government Departments.
Oil supplied shall comply in all respects with the relevant requirements of this specification unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Design Authority and Issuing Branch
