This part of the European Telecommnunication Standard (ETS) 300 217 on the Connectionless Broadband Data Service (CBDS), is a recommended set of supplementary services to be used in association with basic bearer services, which is defined in Part 2 of this ETS, ETS 300 217-2 [2]. These definitions form the basis for detailed description as given in Part 4 of this ETS, ETS 300 217-4 [3].
