Summary

This regulation implements DOD Instruction 3110.5. It establishes policies, responsibilities, and procedures to be followed for reporting the physical condition of Army equipment and the ability/inability to perform its intended mission. It also prescribes policies and procedures for total logistics readiness sustainability analysis-the annual logistics assessment of the Army's capability to deploy and sustain combat forces.
