This International Standard specifies a method for the determination of phenoxyalkane carbonic acids in ground and drinking water in mass concentrations > 50 ng/l. The applicability of this method to other compounds not being mentioned in the table or other types of water is possible, but the applicability should be checked for the particular problem.
