Scope. This notice applies to all NAVAIR sites, Naval Air Systems Command Headquarters (NAVAIRHQ), Business Units (BUs), and the Naval Aviation Program Executive Officers (PEOs): Program Executive Officer for Joint Strike Fighter (PEO(JSF)), Program Executive Officer for Tactical Aircraft (PEO(T)), Program Executive Officer for Air Anti-Submarine Warfare, Assault and Special Mission (PEO(A)), and Program Executive Officer for Strike Weapons and Unmanned Aviation (PEO(W)).
Purpose. To set forth Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) policy to utilize NAVAIR contracting resources to acquire supplies and services.
