1.0 SCOPE- The purpose of this test program is to evaluate the performance of a line pipe, casing and tubing (LP-C&T) thread compound. The tests are to be performed on full-size API tubing using API EU 8-round threads. The performance areas to be evaluated are make-up/break-out torque, galling resistance and sealability.
