scope:
Purpose. To publish FY-03 GMT requirements for Tri-Staff personnel per reference (a). Tri-Staff is defined as COMNAVRESFOR; Commander, Naval Reserve Forces Command (COMNAVRESFORCOM), and Commander, Naval Air Force Reserve (COMNAVAIRES). COMNAVRESFORCOM (N7) will coordinate GMT requirements for the Tri-Staff. All departments must participate and require mandatory attendance for all hands during scheduled training.
