scope:
PURPOSE. The purpose of this document is to define the responsibilities pertaining to the supply and equipment functions of the Center and to provide the procedure for assignment of Property Support Assistants (PSA) (formerly known as Property Custodians) and Organizational Property Managers (OPM).
APPLICABILITY. This Marshall Procedural Requirements (MPR) is applicable to all personnel engaged in supply and equipment activities within Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) including onsite contractor personnel when contractually specified.
