This Directive applies to all JSC personnel.

PURPOSE. To protect the interest of the Government in inventions made by employees of JSC; to implement Executive Order 10096, dated January 23, 1950, entitled "Providing for a Uniform Patent Policy for the Government with Respect to Inventions Made by Government Employees and for the Administration of Such Policy" (as amended); and to prescribe a procedure for consideration of JSC employees' inventions for awards.
