The standards set forth herein apply to the ninth edition of American National Standard for Gas Food Service Equipment-Counter Appliances, Z83.14-1980, and Addenda thereto, Z83.14a-1983, and supersede Corresponding standards therein. Following their preparation by the supervising subcommittee, they were accepted by Accredited Standards Committee Z83 and subsequently approved as American National Standard by the American National Standards Institure, Inc.
