This specification covers two 16 by 16 switching matrices. One is a secure teletype switching matrix that connects certain devices to teletypewriter and cryptographic equipment, as well as to several minicomputer input/output (I/O) channels, hereinafter referred to as Unit A. The other is a receiver audio switching unit that connects several receiver outputs to specified audio equipment, hereinafter referred to as Unit B.
