This notice is applicable to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) headquarters, competencies, business units, and activities. Per reference (a), the Aviation Program Executive Offices must submit premium class travel requests to the Navy Secretariat via the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition.
Purpose.
To provide procedures for requesting approval of premium class (first class and business class) transportation.
