This European CEN Report provides a clause by clause comparison analysis of the EMAS Regulations, and elements and parts of EN ISO 14001-14010-14011-14012, and shows potential discrepancies between the scheme and the standards. The differences arise from the fact that the two systems were developed at different times in different fora. CEN Report CR 12969 offers guidance to users on how to ensure compliance with the Regulations.
